Qualifications

 – Must have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR or OD Experience (Teams can have one driver with less than 2 years)

– Must have 1 year of verifiable Flatbed experience
– No more than 1 moving violations in the past 3 years
– No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
– No Felony convictions
– Must pass DOT drug screen
– Tractors and trailers must be DOT compliant and well maintained.
– Tractors can’t have more than a million miles – overhaul paperwork can be provided.
– Drivers must be willing to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time
– Owner Ops can carry their own Physical Damage and Non-Trucking Liability insurance but can use our if desired.
– Owner Ops must be listed on our Commercial Liability / Cargo Policy.

Payment – 90% of Gross (Self Dispatch)   85% of Gross (Dispatching Service)
 
– Insurance – depends on the options chosen above
– Trailer Lease – determined based on type of trailer requested
– IFTA – $10 per week
– ELD – $9 per week (Big Road)
– Pre-pass – $7 per week + Tolls + $100 deposit for device
– Over-dimensional permits
– Dispatcher service – 
– Escrow – $2500 – weekly payments of $300 per week till reached.
– Plates – you can run under yours or ours.  We will require a $750 deposit and remainder will be deducted weekly 
– We do all of the billing, collections of funds, credit checks, back office support, etc…

– As you grow your fleet we provide all of the back office support required.  Additional fuel cards, weekly payroll, etc…
